Center Theatre Group is proud to support the district in providing a comprehensive theatre education for all K-12 Culver City students. Annually, CTG collaborates with district and arts partners to provide targeted and tailored instruction that aligns directly with the district’s evolving needs and priorities. Through a wide range of workshops, master classes and events, students learn the art, craft and business of theatre, deepening their curiosity, understanding, and personal creativity.

In 2012, over 160 students attended performances through CTG’s Target Young Audiences Program, 78 AVPA students participated in workshops and master classes with CTG Teaching Artists, and select AVPA students worked alongside professionals at the KDT in preparation for their annual Java Gala.

In addition to its robust education programs,  Center Theatre Group is the non-profit organization that supports the artistic efforts at the Ahmanson Theatre, Mark Taper Forum and Kirk Douglas Theatre. To learn more about Center Theatre Group, log onto
